Construction of the new 711th Human Performance Wing complex will be finished months
ahead of schedule.

Officials at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base said the time line
for completing the three-building, 680,000 square-foot complex has been moved to the
end of 2010. This will allow the 711th to move in March 1 of next year, rather than
the initial forecast of May 29. The building is being built by the joint venture team
of Butt Construction and Archer Western Contractors of Chicago.

Construction Co. and Archer Western Contractors Ltd. is constructing the biggest project in the
base’s BRAC construction, the $194.5 million Human Performance Wing complex, which is on or slightly ahead
of schedule to be finished in February 2011, with occupancy in May 2011.
